Everything that gets you through the day. In one place.
Magnesium to timers to the things that settle a difficult stomach. Chosen by people who needed them, sorted by what today actually needs. Adults only, no fluff, no miracle claims.
Shop by what today needs
Seven shelves. Each one exists because of a message someone sent us.

The eight we would put in your hands first.
Built around the side effects
Dry mouth, acid, forgotten doses, 3pm crashes. Most shops sell focus. We also sell the stuff that makes medication bearable.
Sorted by what it does
Getting going, coming down, winding down, turning it down. Shelves named for the job, so a bad week does not mean forty tabs of research.
Nothing to remember
Subscribe to the consumables and they turn up before you run out. 15% off, skip or cancel in two taps, no phone calls.
Kits, by how much support you need
Bundled so the first order is one decision, not twelve. Save up to 20%.
Things we hear every week
Straight from the inbox. Unedited, unnamed, and the reason each shelf exists.
"I took my meds, then twenty minutes later could not remember if I had. So I did not take them. So I took them. Twice."
"The stomach thing. Nobody told me about the stomach thing. I thought I was ill for two months."
"I do not lose time. I lose whole afternoons. A timer I can see from across the room is the only thing that has ever worked."
Questions people ask before ordering
Is this medical advice?
No. Steady is a shop. Nothing here replaces your prescriber, GP or therapist, and supplements are not medicines. If you are on medication, check with whoever prescribes it before adding supplements. We say this on every page because it matters.
Why is it adults only?
Adult life is the context we write for: work, side effects, sleep, the admin of a life. Our products, doses and copy assume an adult reading them. For anything concerning a child, talk to a GP or pharmacist.
How are the shelves organised?
By what you need a thing to do, not by what is wrong with you. The Pick-Me-Up is for getting started. The Crash Pad is for the flat hour after a push. The Body Clock is sleep and waking. Sense and Sensibility is noise, texture and glare. Hold It Together is keys, doses and the thought you just lost. The kits and the quiz follow the same shelves.
How do subscriptions work?
Consumables (supplements, chews, sachets, pads) can be delivered every 30 days at 15% off. Skip, pause or cancel from the link in any email. No calls, no forms, no guilt.
Shipping and returns?
UK shipping is £3.95, free over £40, most orders out within two working days. Ireland and EU available at checkout. Sixty days to return anything unopened; supplements and chews can be returned unopened too.
One useful email a fortnight.
A short one. One thing that actually works, one product, no discount countdowns. Unsubscribe is a single click.
