Shipping
- UK: £3.95, free on orders over £40. Royal Mail Tracked 48. Most orders leave us within two working days.
- Ireland and EU: from £7.95, 3 to 6 working days, shown at checkout. Duties may apply outside the EU customs union.
- Every order gets a tracking link by email. If it has not arrived ten working days after dispatch, tell us and we send another.
Returns
Sixty days, from delivery, for anything unopened, including supplements and chews. Opened weighted blankets, lap pads and sleep masks can be returned within 30 days if they are not for you; we launder and donate them. Email us with the order number and we send a label. Refunds land within five working days of the parcel reaching us.
Subscriptions
Consumables can arrive every 30 days at 15% off. Manage everything from the link in your order and renewal emails: skip a month, change the date, swap flavour, cancel. No login needed, no call, no "are you sure" screens.
Common questions
Can I take these with my medication?
Ask the person who prescribes it. Magnesium and omega-3 are generally considered low-risk alongside stimulants, but we are a shop and your prescriber knows your history. Antacids can affect the absorption of some medicines: leave two hours between them.
Are the supplements tested?
We buy from UK manufacturers working to GMP standards, and we ask every supplier for the certificate of analysis on the batch we are sent. Where we hold one, we will send it to you: email us the batch number from your bottle. We will not claim a test we cannot show you.
Do you sell melatonin?
No. Melatonin is prescription-only in the UK. Our Wind-Down Gummies use glycine, magnesium and tart cherry instead.
Can I change an order after placing it?
If it has not dispatched, yes: reply to the confirmation email within the hour and we will catch it.
Do you offer a student or low-income price?
Yes. Email us. No proof required, we take your word for it.
Cancelling an order
You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel it, for any reason. You do not have to give one. Email us, or copy the form below into an email. Then send the goods back within 14 days, and we refund within 14 days of receiving them.
Sealed items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons are the exception once opened: supplements, lozenges, chews and earplugs. Unopened, they can be returned like anything else.
