Steady sells consumer goods and food supplements. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent ADHD or any other condition. Supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet or for prescribed medication. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, on medication or have a health condition, speak to a GP or pharmacist before use. Keep supplements out of reach of children. Do not exceed stated doses.

Privacy

We collect what an order needs: name, address, email, and the items you bought. Payment details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers. We use email for order updates, subscription management and, if you opt in, a fortnightly newsletter you can leave in one click. Analytics are aggregated and cookie-free by default. We never sell data. Ask for a copy or deletion of your data at any time by email.

Terms of sale

• Prices are in GBP. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.
• A contract is formed when we dispatch your order, not when you pay. If we cannot fulfil an item we refund it in full.
• Subscriptions renew every 30 days at the price shown at sign-up until you cancel. You can cancel at any time before the next renewal.
• Your legal right to cancel: you may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason, without giving one. Tell us by email or use the cancellation form on the Help page. You then have 14 days to send the goods back, and we refund within 14 days of getting them back or of proof you sent them. You pay the return postage unless the item is faulty or wrong.
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons cannot be cancelled once the seal is broken. That applies to supplements, lozenges, chews and earplugs.
• Beyond that legal minimum we offer a longer goodwill window: 60 days for unopened goods and 30 days for opened textiles, as set out on the Help page. Your statutory rights are unaffected and always take precedence.
• These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

A sole trader must use their own name and a real address that can receive legal notices, not a placeholder and not an email address alone.
