The problem with buying this stuff
Diagnosis, if you get one, comes with a prescription and a leaflet. It does not come with the forty small purchases that make the next year workable, and the kind of brain that most needs them is the worst possible brain for forty small decisions. You research for three hours, buy nothing, and lose the tab.
Meanwhile most "focus" shops sell the same nootropic in a nicer bottle and never mention the dry mouth, the acid, the 3pm crash, or the doses you cannot remember taking.
How we choose products
Works on day one
No product that needs a 30-day habit before it helps. A timer helps the first time you set it.
Made for the side effects
If medication causes it, there is a shelf for it. Stomach, mouth, sleep, hydration, memory.
Evidence or honesty
Omega-3 and magnesium have authorised claims behind them. A weighted lap pad has comfort and a little evidence, and we will say which is which. We never claim a product treats a condition.
Grown-up by default
Nothing that looks like it came from a classroom. You should be able to leave it on your desk at work.
How the shelves work
Shelves are named for what you need a thing to do, not for what is wrong with you. The Pick-Me-Up is for getting started. The Crash Pad is for the flat hour after a push. The Body Clock is sleep and waking. Sense and Sensibility is noise, texture and glare. Hold It Together is keys, doses and the thought you just lost. The kits bundle across them, so a bad month is one decision instead of twelve.
What we will never do
- Claim a supplement treats, cures or replaces prescribed medication.
- Sell to children, or write copy for them.
- Use fake countdown timers, fake stock warnings or fake reviews. Every review on the site is from a verified order.
- Make cancelling a subscription harder than starting one.
